Yesterday was my first day of not BF, She had 2 days of 2 BF a day then 1 day of just 1 and yesterday none at all. but now my boob (I only fed off was side towards the end) is so saw and very full!! I hand expressed a little in the shower this morning but I’m not sure if that was a good idea or not will the milk just disappear? Should I keep hand expressing a little or just leave it? As this is my first I have no idea!!
